Orders are prepared on a first come first serve basis and shipped within 2 business days. If the items that are ordered are unavailable, a notice will be sent. You will be charged for the items that are processed to ship. |

Tracking your order |
A shipping confirmation will be sent to you once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number. Progoti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed and delivered to the provided address. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the following: delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information. |
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times |
Delivery times are estimates, as provided by Canada Post. As much as we’d like, Progoti cannot guarantee delivery dates and non-refundable shipping costs. |
International Orders |
International duties are extra depending on the country. |
Undeliverable or Refused Packages |
Progoti will provide refunds if the packages are inaccurate to order, incomplete or, sent to an undeliverable address or for refusal of delivery. Shipping cost and 10% processing fees are excluded. |
