Order Processing Time 

Orders are prepared on a first come first serve basis and shipped within 2 business days. 


If the items that are ordered are unavailable, a notice will be sent. You will be charged for the items that are processed to ship.

Shipping Methods 

For shipping within Canada

  1. Expedited Parcel - Delivered within 2-7 business days and available anywhere in Canada. Delivery date is NOT guaranteed 
  2. Xpresspost - Delivered 2-3 business days and available anywhere in Canada
  3. Priority - Delivered in 1-2 business days after shipping, and available anywhere in Canada. Delivery date is guaranteed.

For shipping within USA:

  1. Xpresspost USA: Delivered 2-3 business days after shipping, and available anywhere in the USA. Delivery date is guaranteed.
  2. Expedited Parcel USA: Delivered 4-7 business days after shipping, and available anywhere in the USA. Delivery date is not guaranteed.

For International shipping:

Xpresspost International - Delivered 4-7 business days after shipping to over 70 international destinations.

Tracking your order 

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number. 


Progoti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed and delivered to the provided address. 


Upon inquiry, we will confirm the following: delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times 

Delivery times are estimates, as provided by Canada Post. As much as we’d like, Progoti cannot guarantee delivery dates and non-refundable shipping costs. 

International Orders 

International duties are extra depending on the country.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages 

Progoti will provide refunds if the packages are inaccurate to order, incomplete or, sent to an undeliverable address or for refusal of delivery. Shipping cost and 10% processing fees are excluded. 

Return of a Purchase

If you would like to make a product return, please shoot us a request at: customerservice@progoti.ca.

Once approved, you will receive an authorization number.

Return Authorization Number

A return authorization number will be issued if:

  •  Email request for product return is sent within 28 days of you shipping receipt
  • Product must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn
  • Product’s original tag and packaging is intact
