ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

We prepare orders based on a first come, first served basis, and ship on the next business day.

If any products you’ve ordered are unavailable, we will notify you immediately. You will be charged accordingly for the items that are processed to ship.

Shipping methods:

For shipping within Canada:

Expedited Parcel - Delivered 2-7 business days after shipping, and available anywhere in Canada. Delivery date is not guaranteed.

Xpresspost - Delivered 2-3 business days after shipping, and available anywhere in Canada. Delivery date is guaranteed.

Priority - Delivered in 1-2 business days after shipping, and available anywhere in Canada. Delivery date is guaranteed.

For shipping within USA:

Xpresspost USA: Delivered 2-3 business days after shipping, and available anywhere in USA. Delivery date is guaranteed.

Expedited Parcel USA: Delivered 4-7 business days after shipping, and available anywhere in USA. Delivery date is not guaranteed.]

For International shipping:

Xpresspost International - Delivered 4-7 business days after shipping to over 70 international destinations. To find out if your location is available, please contact us at customerservice@progoti.ca

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.  Please check your email and follow the link.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to have been delivered to the provided address. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information.

SHIPPING COST & DELIVERY TIMES: Please note that these are estimated times only, as provided by Canada Post. Progoti does not guarantee delivery dates and shipping costs are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International Duties are extra based on country.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES: Packages returned to Progoti due to incorrect, insufficient, or an undeliverable address, or for refusal of delivery, will be refunded excluding shipping cost and a 10% processing and handling fee.

Return of a Purchase

To request a return of a purchase, please send us an e-mail at customerservice@progoti.ca. We will send you an authorization number if your request is accepted.

Return authorization number will be issued if:

  1.    Email request for return is sent within 28 days of receipt of your shipment.
  2.    Product must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn.
  3.    Product must be in original packaging and with all original tags attached.

We will try our best to make your return as easy as possible. While we offer free returns, we operate in a low-margin environment to maximize the benefits to our workers and customers. We strongly encourage people to use the sizing charts provided with each product to minimize returns for purchasing an incorrect size.  

Customers who received free shipping are not eligible for free returns. Contributions for workers are non-refundable.
